How Meshworks handles your data

Meshworks is an agent infrastructure and networking practice. This notice explains what personal data we collect through mesh-works.net, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

• Meshworks Dispatch newsletter. Your email address. We confirm it using a double opt-in link — you are only subscribed once you click that link. We record the date you subscribed, the sign-up source (blog, homepage popup, footer), and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abusive sign-ups.
• Talk to an Expert form. Your name, work email, area of interest, company stage, and any use-case details you type in. These are sent to a Meshworks inbox so a team member can reply.
• Website analytics. Pages visited, a randomly generated session ID stored only for the length of your visit, referring page, and a coarse browser/device label. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

• To send the newsletter you asked for — based on your consent (the confirmation link you clicked).
• To reply to your enquiry and understand whether our services fit — based on the steps you take to request a consultation.
• To understand which content is read and how the site is used, so we can improve it — based on our legitimate interest in running the website, using anonymised counts only.

• Newsletter subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe.
• Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days.
• Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months.
• Visit records are kept for up to 12 months.

We use Lovable Cloud's managed email service to deliver newsletter confirmation emails and to forward contact enquiries to our inbox, and we host site data on the same platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email meshworksnet@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
